First time trying their chocolate tart. It’s nice, I would rate 8/10 for the crunchiness. Mocha is 6/10 this time. Lacks the punch of mocha flavor there. Coffee also can’t be tasted even with such a mild mocha taste. Also was charge with service charge even though we had to order from the counter and then carry our own food to the table and to get seats on our own. Such a joke.

Really impressed with this particular branch! Not only was it the most beautifully designed, it was also one of the best serviced outlet. The staff were friendly and I was greeted with a huge smile on the face. The place was spacious and aesthetic. Food was not disappointing at all, i ordered a takeaway Pain Au Chocolat and I forgot to eat it finish, but even if it was cold, it was still delicious!

Although a bit pricey, TBB serves excellent croissants and coffee, earning 4 stars for taste. However, the service is lacking at 3 stars, and the crowded and less cozy ambiance receives 2 stars. …

I had a rather unpleasant experience with Jasmine, one of the staff members, who seemed to be in a hurry while serving us food. There was no queue, yet my friend and I felt rushed for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, we were served chamomile tea that had styrofoam in it, and it was delivered to our table in a rather careless manner, with the drink being slammed down. This experience left a lot to be desired. It's now clear why my friends had advised me to steer clear of this place for tea. On the positive side, I found the other staff members to be quite sweet and pleasant. However, the food was dry, and the water had a strong plastic taste. The chamomile tea was decent, but the ice red mint tea was good, albeit a tad too sweet for my liking.

The taste of the croissants is fantastic. The coffee was not what I expected, but it was very good. I would also like to praise the staff's service. This is a place I visit every time I come to Orchard. It's a shame that the only photos I took were while I was having it.
